Q. "qualified" と "certified" はどちらも "資格のある" を意味しますが、どのように使い分けますか？
A. "qualified" は 幅広く "資格のある" の意味で使われます。 "Qualified" is a broader definition like "I’m not qualified to provide marriage advice".
一方 "certified" は、特定の団体が認める 資格や免許の保有を 意味します。
