Q. "Company" と "Firm" は どちらも "会社" の意味がありますが、意味上の違いはありますか？
A. "Company" は 従業員を雇い、多数の従業員がサービスや製造を 行ない、投資者に利益を還元する営利団体を意味します。
一方の "Firm" は 労働者と契約を結び 主にサービスを提供する 組織を指します。
